Payton Warmke, Director

Based in Bryan, Texas, Aaron Harris works in data science and livestock production. He builds artificial intelligence solutions for Fortune 500 companies and uses his technical background to advise the board of directors on data and technology matters. Within the association, Aaron serves as the chair of both the Research and Breed Improvement Committee and the Cattle Show and Exposition Committee.

Aaron operates Mistvale Akaushi with his wife Alicia, a fullblood beef program established in 2021. The operation focuses on fullblood Akaushi beef for direct sale to consumers. Our ranch does a little with seedstock; where our genetics target growth and marbling efficency traits.

Aaron is also a founder and the current leader of Wagyu Zenkyo North America. Alongside these roles, Aaron provides part-time genetic consulting and has been a speaker at the Akaushi Association Convention and Wagyu Edge in Australia.
